We take time out whenever we can, getting away from work, computers and the daily grind is important. Camping and hiking gets us out in nature, overlanding gets us there in a way where we can go it alone to completely unplug.
Becoming wellness conscious may sound a bit new age hippy but a health scare puts things into context for you. Life is for living.

There is nothing quite like camping under the stars, the sounds of nature after dark and the night sky make being outdoors at this time very special. Camping offers a freedom and the opportunity to switch off the devices and immerse yourself with nature.

reconnect with the earth
I have been online half my life, I’ve seen the internet grow from nothing to taking over the way we live and work. Some think that we will be the victim of our own technology, I tend to agree.
The world is changing, we need more nature in our lives, intuitively we know this but have little time to act while navigating cyberspace, meeting deadlines and keeping up with a faster paced society.
Taking a step back – disconnect from the internet and reconnect with the earth.
Technology has lead to us living together but separately, heads buried in phones, evening meal in front of the tv or at the keyboard. Getting unplugged may be uncomfortable but it gets you back to what is real. Is that really such a bad thing?
