Extra-long fatwood fire tapers are ideal for lighting fires where you need some ‘extra reach’, cylindrical wood stoves that have a small hatch at the base or large wood burners that need a lot of initial fuel/logs are good examples. Simply light your fire taper and place into the set fire allowing you to reach the middle of the fuel source,

These stick tapers are made by splitting large fatwood pieces then splitting again by hand using a knife to get them thin but not too thin, being longer these tapers are also thicker than their smaller variants allowing them to be used multiple times. Each is different, being processed by hand there is no uniformed size as cut by machines, our fatwood is authentic, harvested from Andalucian woodland.
